|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit / debit cards. We currently ship to the UK, but feel free to contact us for Worldwide delivery. All transactions are in Pounds Sterling.
We fully charge for any item that is ready to ship. We take a 50% deposit for items ordered to your specific requirements. Remainder of payment at time of shipping.
When you order is received we email out a confirmation, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Credit Card Security.You may send your credit card information over the internet using our highley secure shopping system. Our website itself is hosted on a secure serverhosting with HTTPS on a secure server, as shown by the Padlock sign on our web address https://www. Card information is dealt with through a third party (Sagepay) on their own secure SSL payment site, meaning we never see your card details.
Alternatively you can phone in your order if you feel worried about security.
|Shipping And Handling Shipping for most large items is free. Any shipping costs will be shown in description and checkout.|
|Delivery Schedule We deliver stock items right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. Other lead times will be dependant on the product and will be stated in the description. Whilst every effort is made to ensure delivery dates are met (95% are), delays can occur and must be accepted.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items will fit into the property.
|Back Orders For stock items, if your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with an expected delivery date. We will give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is included. Vat free items for use with a disability are shown on the particular item.|
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using high level128 bit encryption. Card numbers are dealt with via a secure ‘third man’ system meaning we never see your card details.|

|Returns Policy If any goods are damaged upon delivery please report it to us immediately via e-mail or phone for replacement.
In the event that you wish to return your purchase (stock items only), please return it to us unused and original condition, with the original packaging and labels, within 7 days, for a replacement, or refund for the cost of the returned items.
Refunds will be processed on return of the item within a maximum of 2 weeks.
When an item is returned that has been eligible for our FREE DELIVERY service for reasons other than a manufacturing fault, a relevent administration fee (cost of delivery) will be deducted from the final refunded amount.
We recommend that you use registered post or a guaranteed delivery service for all returns. All refunds will be given as soon as possible, taking into account the original method of payment.
In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling you do have the right to cancel (stock items) orders within 7 days of receipt and return it to us unused. You will have have to pay the return shipping.
